About this Pattern

- This is a digital PDF crochet pattern, which you will receive via email.

Materials Needed

• Crochet hooks: 2.0 mm & 2.5 mm

• Use cotton yarn for the best results, approximately 1800 meters needed.
  Yarn weight: Fine/Light. Some recommendations: Yarn and Colors Must-Have, Scheepjes Whirlette, Durable Coral, Budget Yarn Cotton. I personally used Whirl and Whirlette.

• A 100 cm / 40 inches ring or material for blocking

• A small amount of fiber fill

• Wooden beads (15 x 6mm beads and 8 x 12mm beads)

• Tapestry needle

• Scissors

Pattern Level: Difficult

I recommend this pattern if you already have extensive experience with crochet. Many different stitches are used, applied in many different ways, such as different ways of inserting your hook or crocheting in multiple layers to create depth. A description of how to crochet the stitches is included in this pattern.

Tip: Go through this pattern step by step, focusing on the current row you are working on. This way, you won’t be overwhelmed by the large number of rows or stitches. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

Size

Please note that the final size of the mandala may vary for each person, due to different crochet techniques. The yarn, hook size, and tension will also affect the final size. I recommend first crocheting the mandala and then choosing a ring based on the final size. The ring should always be about 20% larger than the final size. For example, if your mandala measures 80 cm / 31 inches in diameter, choose a 100 cm / 40 inches ring.
