How does ordering work?

You add the product to your shopping cart. Please note that you always check the quantity of each item and your entire order before proceeding to payment.

You can add a voucher, such as a discount code, to the shopping cart. Always check carefully whether this has been activated correctly.

You can order with or without an account.

You provide your name, email address and home address.

You choose a payment method and agree to the terms and conditions.

You then proceed to the next step, where you will see the full overview again. You check all the data carefully, make any adjustments if necessary. To make adjustments, press 'previous step', make the adjustment and then continue with the 'next step' button.

You press the 'place order' button, which takes you to the payment. You now complete the payment via the chosen payment method and your order is placed!

How do I get my patterns?

After completing the payment, you will automatically receive an email in your inbox. This will happen within an hour. This email will contain all your details and you can download the patterns you purchased. Save this email.

Also always save your pattern, for example on an online drive or cloud and your computer. This way you can prevent losing your patterns.

Are you having problems receiving your crochet patterns? For example, do you not see an email in your inbox? Always check your spam inbox. Sometimes emails end up there. Can't find the email there either? Then contact me via the contact page . Do you see the email, but do you have other problems with downloading? Then definitely contact me. I will help you as soon as possible to get your purchased patterns downloaded.

I lost a pattern! What now?

Did you buy a pattern on LK Creativeness, but lost it? No problem. You can download the PDF again as many times as you want via the email you received after purchase. It will remain available. Are you experiencing problems downloading? Please contact me.

Important to know

Returns and Cancellations : It is not possible to cancel or return a digital file purchase, but please feel free to contact me if you experience any problems.

Selling finished items : It is allowed to sell the finished item that is made with one of my patterns. When selling, mentioning LK Creativeness or Lisa Kievits as the designer is required. Please note that my images or photos may not be used to sell items.

End result : the end results after following the instructions in the patterns can vary per person. The end result is influenced by, among other things, the material used, knowledge of crocheting, way of crocheting and execution. Always follow the instructions as indicated.
