I'm Lisa, owner of LKCreativeness. I live with my boyfriend Moreno in Sommelsdijk, Netherlands. Besides investing a lot of time in my business, I also enjoy reading and building Lego, embroidery, diamond painting, photography... and the list goes on.
I started crocheting in 2018. I'd been wanting to make my own stuffed animal for a while, but I couldn't quite figure out how to do it. After finding some inspiration at KreaDoe here in the Netherlands, I created my very first crochet project: an amigurumi duck. In the years that followed, I crocheted many more projects, and above all, practiced, practiced, practiced.
Designing with love and passion
When my boyfriend and I bought our first house, I started designing crochet patterns because I wanted some beautiful decor for our new home. I also really needed some time to relax. I discovered that crocheting is a perfect way to have a mindful moment. Designing home decor crochet patterns really helped me relax during the process of buying a house.
In September 2021, I published my first crochet pattern. I started selling it on Etsy, a website that connects many creative people worldwide. After a while, my patterns started appearing as "bestsellers" in search engines, and I remember I stared at my screen in amazement. I quickly had thousands of sales and became a top seller. And many of my patterns continued to appear as bestsellers in the search results. The reviews poured in, and thankfully, you're all incredibly happy with the way the patterns are designed. I'm always so happy to read and see your photos and experiences! I never expected so many unique creations from my designs.
Happiness is handmade
With my crochet patterns, I want to give you the crochet projects that motivate you to be creative, to give you that moment of relaxation. In this busy world, we all deserve that.
